Portal 10.1.4 doc link on how to change "Query Path URL Prefix"

I had some trouble finding this so here it is:

There's a big difference in how to change "Query Path URL Prefix" between 
Portal 10.1.2 and 10.1.4:

Basically you need to modify MID_TIER_ORACLE_HOME/portal/conf/iasconfig.xml 
(add SSOQueryPath directive) in 10.1.4 to change "Query Path URL Prefix" where 
in 10.1.2 you could navigate to Global Settings -> SSO/OID and update it from 
there.
