I just stumbled upon a series of great articles on oracle.com which give a very good overview of the new 10gR2 features for Oracle DBAs (see below). These articles are an R2 addendum to the initial series called "Oracle Database 10g: Top Features for DBAs" which covered all of the new features of 10GR1. I've saved the the 10gR1 PDF file here (10gdba_complete.pdf) because ORACLE.COM has a tendency to drop content for no apparent reason.
