REDHAT LINUX - ntpdate gives "no server suitable for synchronization found"

error:
[root@stechkin root]# /usr/sbin/ntpdate clock1 clock2
15 Dec 18:35:30 ntpdate[22289]: no server suitable for synchronization found
[root@stechkin root]#


fix:
[root@stechkin root]# /usr/sbin/ntpdate -u clock1 clock2
15 Dec 18:34:40 ntpdate[20348]: step time server 198.206.181.170 offset 138.887030 sec
