Forms are Slow After upgrade database 9.2.0.6 to 10.2.0.3 in Oracle Apps

After upgrade database 9.2.0.6 to 10.2.0.3 in oracle apps 11.5.10.2 instance 
the below problems are occur.

Forms are running very slow and 

1. Finance module:

    oracle payables for invoices and payments while try to create the 

    accounting the system is hanging , its taking several hours for 

    creating the account.

Naviagation :
  oracle payable --> Invoices -- > Actions --> Create accounting

  Oracle paybles -- > Payments -- > Actions -- > Create accounting


2. In purchase module
   At the time of forwading PO approval it will take 10-15 minutes .


Please give the solution this is the production server

Did you run APPS level gather statistics?  (it's under SYSADMIN resp.)

Yes I run APPS level gather statistics, still problem is not solved

Turn the trace ON for each of these processes and review the trace file to see 
what is going on.
