Why would you want to do this?  Why introduce another point of failure for the 
most important responsibility you have as a DBA?  You gain absolutely nothing 
by using OEMAPP to backup your database.  Use RMAN, write your own scripts and 
test, test, test and re-test your recovery.  Forget about OEMAPP --  it's not 
needed for backups -- RMAN is all you need to backup Oracle database.
