Hi,

Present setup

Os : RHEL 4.8
Application : Oracle EBS R12


Looking for 

OS : Sun Solaris (64 bit)
Application : Oracle EBS R12

or

VMware Vsphere 5
Guset OS : Sun Solaris (64 bit)
Application : Oracle EBS R12

Can any one give us your valuable experiences w.r.t the above.
like :
1. Migration from RHEL to Solaris
2. Vsphere 5 with Guest Os as RHEL 5 / Sun Solaris
